After starting Presto Foods and launching the distribution in 2001, Martin returned to his homeland in Colombia to oversee his real estate and cattle businesses. Despite this, Martin still keeps a close eye on the dessert business he founded and partakes in all executive-level decisions. 


Juan M. Garcia, Co-Founder

After Martin started Presto Foods, his brother Juancho joined to help in the implementation of equipment and formulation processes. He also was instrumental in introducing the first of Presto's products to local restaurants in Miami. After helping with the company for the first five years, he returned to Colombia to help with his father's sugar business.

Andres helped his brother build Presto Foods  from the ground up.  He started in sales, personally introducing himself and hand-delivering samples of our desserts to each South Florida restaurant.  Today he continues to help in all areas of the business, primarily overseeing customer relations and satisfaction.

With over 20 years of marketing experience at multinational consumer goods companies, such as Colgate Palmolive, R.J. Reynolds-Nabisco and Philip Morris, the Garcias invited Armando to join Presto Foods as a partner and consultant. 




Lisandro is a Chemical Technician with over 25 combined years of experience as a Dairy Consultant and  Plant Manager for several dairy companies, such as American Beverages Depot, "Quesos La Ricura" in Long Island, NY and Indalco Foods in Miami, FL. As Operations Manager, he ensures everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. 

carlos guarin, warehouse manager

For over five years, Carlos was a warehouse manager for Pan-Paya, an international frozen baked goods company. He joined Presto Foods in  2011, where he oversees the receipt, storage, and quality of all incoming ingredients, as well as the outgoing finished products.
